I bought my A50 scooter from Active Scooters three years ago. The scooters were brought out to my home and I was given expert advice on which scooter would best suit my needs. I was also given a lesson on how to drive it. Last week I had my scooter serviced. It was checked over from top to bottom, polished and taken for a test drive. The service I have received from this company has been first class and consistent from day one. I would recommend that anyone purchasing a scooter contact them first. ( I wasted a lot of time trying to deal with other companies first and received little help for my troubles). Active Scooters had the best prices as well as the best service!

Dad loves the scooter we purchased. It’s small, light and extremely mobile. Easy to move in and out the car. The service from staff at Active Scooters was great. Nothing was an issue. Thanks so much - this scooter has made my Dads life easier

I have been with active scooters for a number of years, I cannot fault their service or products. They have always listened to my concerns and have dealt with problems regarding my scooter, even though it was well over 20 years old. Just recently I’ve been so fortunate to be able to buy a A90 through my funding (aged care) John and Paul have been very helpful through this process, which has been a breeze with their help, right down to filling in paper work for registration. I’m thrilled with my new scooter, and I know I’m going to be in very good hands with this compassionate team, if any problems should arise. Thanks again guys, for making my life alot better and more independent, on my comfy scooter 😊

Active Scooters actioned my "annual service" appointment request quickly. Wayne arrived on time and did a thorough job, leaving me with a copy of the service report. To my delight Wayne even waxed/polished & buffed my scooter from his kit and treated the leather seats. Oh, yes and spritzed the tyres with something to smarten them up too lol. Wow, was I spoilt! I wasn't expecting to get such deluxe vip treatment. THANK YOU :-)
